Balance the Human + Rehab the Dog Shirt, Dog Lover Gift

Here's the whole method on one shirt.

I've spent almost 40 years with dogs, from wild puppies to severe behavior cases other people had given up on. The same equation keeps showing up: the dog is rarely the whole problem. Get the human calm, clear, and consistent. Then rehab the dog. That's how you get a happy life, for both of you.

Balance the Human + Rehab the Dog = Happy Life. It's the Dog Psychology 101 motto, and now you can wear it.

It's a conversation starter at the dog park, the vet's office, and the training class. When someone asks what it means, you get to tell them: dogs don't need more training, they need understanding.

Made for: dog parents, trainers, rescue volunteers, groomers, vet teams, and anyone who has lived with a reactive, anxious, or over-the-top dog and come out the other side.

Size chart

Measurements are of the garment laid flat, in inches. Width is measured across the chest one inch below the armhole.

• XS: width 16.5, length 27
• S: width 18, length 28
• M: width 20, length 29
• L: width 22, length 30
• XL: width 24, length 31
• 2XL: width 26, length 32
• 3XL: width 28, length 33

Fit note: This tee runs slim. It's side-seamed with a tapered body, so it fits closer than a boxy unisex tee at the same listed measurement. If you want a relaxed fit, size up. Easiest check is to lay a shirt you already love flat, measure it, and match those numbers to the chart.

Every shirt is printed to order, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for ordering the wrong size. Please check the size chart before you order.

Care instructions

Machine wash cold, inside out, with like colors. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not bleach. Do not iron directly on the print. Do not dry clean.

Washing inside out in cold water is the single best thing you can do to keep the print sharp. Hot water and high heat are what fade a design over time.

Note: The fabric is lightweight and may look slightly sheer in lighter colors or certain lighting.
