Machine wash cold, inside out, with like colors.
Use mild detergent. No bleach and no fabric softener.
Tumble dry low or hang to dry. High heat can shrink the fleece and dull the print.
Do not iron directly on the print. Iron inside out on low if needed.
Do not dry clean.
Wash before first wear.
Skip the fabric softener for real. It coats the fleece and kills the soft interior over time.

Dog hair happens. A lint roller before you leave the house is optional and, honestly, usually pointless.
